About Jennie Moctezuma, PhD
Jennie Moctezuma, PhD, founded Create-ED to partner with leaders and organizations through change, growth, and possibility.
Her work brings together leadership development, reflection, equity and voice, organizational change, creative practice, and program design. She works alongside leaders and organizations to recognize strengths, navigate complexity, strengthen practice, and build what comes next.
Jennie has worked across government, higher education, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and public school systems as a consultant, organizational leader, educator, scholar, arts administrator, and program director.
She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from LSU New Orleans, an MEd in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University, an MA in Art Education and Social Justice from NYU, and a BA in Art, Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College, and is completing the Small Business Leaders Fellowship in New Orleans.
